  2. Into a large bowl of deep breaths.
  3. 2 cups of awareness, noticing when you are spinning in your head.
  4. 1 cup of knowing facts vs feelings.
  5. 1 cup of feeding the facts not the feeling.
  6. 1/2 cup of compassion.
  7. Stir.
  8. Put into oven on high for ….ever.
