In this fast life I often feel it’s very important to slow down & reflect on what’s actually happening not from outside in but from inside out .
Tough times are there for us to understand ourselves & put us on a soul initiation .

These are some from me -:
•Always have strength to face your fears remembering your true self , moving forward to becoming more of yourself each day .

•Follow your instinct & heart it will always lead you to the way which is truely meant for you , while doing so keep walking straight with humility in your heart & clarity in your mind , because you might loose your way or take a wrong turn but eventually only this will take you to the RIGHT DESTINATION.

•Always STAND UP for yourself without worrying about judgement or criticism because only you will always be there for yourself . Fully devote each day in becoming the best version of yourself & learn to accept your good parts with pride but your dark parts with patience .

•Nourish not only your body & mind but also your soul , it has always been there with you selflessly guiding you for your best .

•Live a life with integrity, passion & most important an honest one , only with what is true to you .
There are times of grief sometimes even when we have a reason or have no reason , but each moment you owe yourself to live gently & move slowly to your true purpose.

Do let your voice shake , your hands tremble , your eyes water , your heart beat but also make your voice roar , your hands help , your eyes sparkle & your heart flutter .

Man Jeetai Jag Jeet ⭐️
Is my favourite from Gurbani by Guru Nanak dev ji. It is pointing towards conquering the material world. Conquering the mind from Sikh point of view is about conquering Haumai (Ego).

Haumai (Punjabi: ਹਉਮੈ) is the concept of self-centeredness (egoism or Ahankar) in Sikhism. This concept was taught by Guru Nanak Dev Ji, as the source of five evils: lust, covetousness, wrath, pride and attachment. According to Sikh Gurus teachings, it is Haumai that leads to endless cycles of transmigration (rebirth), and makes a person “manmukh”. They state that one must turn away from Haumai, become a “gurmukh” and follow the path of the Guru to receive God’s grace.In Sikhism, the Haumai can only be overcome through meditation on God’s name (Naam), Simran and Sewa.

If you conquer your mind you can conquer the world , break the old patterns and prosper with knowledge & respect .

Guru is in your heart , in your mind & in your soul you don’t have to find him , you don’t have to remember him , keep purity in your eyes , in your thoughts & the guru will always be your side ❤️
